Hi! I'm Santina... Your Biz Bestie!
In June 2020, amidst the pandemic, my wife and I bittersweetly closed our in-person dance studio, that we built from the ground up. During our 4 years of owning Boom Studios, we taught 400 students weekly, aged 2-12, and grew a studio culture and community that was undeniably the go-to in the area.
I'm thrilled to bring my experience, knowledge, tried and true approaches, enthusiasm, no BS detail oriented brainstorming self, to be a part of the industry in an innovative way.
My aim... to CAPTURE and SPOTLIGHT the human and culture behind every studio/school and entertainment creative I work with.

What's culture content?
Let's start by understand what culture is... It's the atmosphere created by the behaviours and attitudes of everyone involved. And that includes parents, students, teachers, staff, directors, clients, and literally anyone that's a part of the studio/school/business/brand.
Culture & vibe content uses the above definition to approach marketing & content in a way that helps you stand out in a noisy AF online space by creating connection, community, and relatability, for potential & current students and/or clients, and breaks the mold from the boring traditional type promotion.

Below are my hourly packages - I hope you catch the tune as you follow along.
I start with BizMates on a 3 month agreement; this helps make sure it's a great fit for us both. You choose your start date (always a Monday). By the middle of the second month, I'll offer an invitation to renew or pause.
The minimum amount of hours for our working together is 3 per week. This allows for meetings, communication, and task work.
Payment is required prior to the month starting. For example, if you start on June 10th, payment would be due by the 9th each month.

FAQ's
What's the onboarding process like?
Once we've said yes to working together and we've both signed off on our agreement, you'll receive your first invoice, and I will put you into my onboarding email sequence. You'll receive an email daily for 7 days giving you baby step things to get set up so we're ready for our first call together.
Are you open to using other softwares?
Yes I am... I like to meet you where you are. However, if the other softwares require a payment for me to use them, you'll have to take care of that one, either by having it added onto the invoice or by making the payment yourself in the backend.

I'm super into things like the Enneagram, Human Design etc., so here's a little info about me that I think will help you get a better understanding of who I am:
➡️ Enneagram 8: Described as self-confident, strong, assertive, protective, resourceful, straight-talking, and decisive.
➡️ Manifestor in Human Design: Described as the fire starter - people who are here to get something started for other people to join in on using an informing strategy.
➡️ My Astrology Birth Chart indicates I'm a Sagittarius Rising moon: Described as someone who will bring their full being, unbridled enthusiasm, and free-spirited levity to even the smallest of endeavours.
➡️ I'm a cusser, no BS type person, who is always down to brainstorm and figure out how to make things work with what we've got. I'll always explore options before suggesting an upgrade or moving onto a different approach, strategy, software, system, etc.
➡️ I'm very passionate about what I do and am here to celebrate the wins with you, just as much as I am here to help navigate the shitty times with you. You'll feel my energy in our messages on whatsapp/voxer, in our meetings, and anywhere we connect. I'm definitely your hype woman!
After the onboarding process, how do we actually get started?
During the onboarding process, you'll be prompted to book in our first meeting together within the first week of getting started. This meeting allows for us to finish getting our workspaces set up and chat about the direction of tasks for the first week. Meetings are open Tues & Wednesdays. We'll also chat about our flow and meeting frequency, dependent on what we're working on. My work week is Sundays - Thursdays.
I don't know if I can keep it all straight and learn new softwares etc.
That's why I've been building out a BizMate Hub. Hosted on Mighty Networks, you'll find things like our meeting links, mini software tutorials so you can feel confident using trello etc., and other important information that supports our time together.
