I know because I was a podcast host that did all the things and quickly realized how much was involved in creating a podcast that not only felt true to me, my audience, and my mission, but my alignement.

My podcast was a passion project, a bucket list item, and a vision board image that I always wanted to do. I wanted it to support women and their journey of self development - crushing limiting beliefs, unleashing confidence, and chatting about all things taboo.

But I soon saw how overwhelmed, exhausted, burnt out, stuck and unmotivated I felt.

I was losing momentum, inspiration and confidence by having to do all the back-end stuff.
